After teaching group fitness in college, Jill made the transition to yoga instructor. She has been guiding groups and individuals in the practice of yoga for over 15 years. Jill enjoys teaching yoga to preschoolers thru adults. Her love of both yoga and kids inspired her to develop a 25-hour MYNT YOGA Kids Yoga Teacher Training so others could pass on their love of yoga to children. She currently teaches for children and adults in the Hartford area.
Jill has multiple certifications such as 200 CYT, Prenatal Yoga, Creative Yoga and Movement, Next Generation Yoga for Kids, and Kripalu Yoga in the Schools. Also, Jill has been a practicing registered dietitian/nutritionist for almost 20 years. We are so happy to welcome Jill to our family here at Imagine Studio.
